Dida Connor brings over over eighteen years of experience in strategic communications, advocacy and resource mobilization, primarily for the United Nations (UN), as well as the Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) sector and Government sector. She has worked for the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), UN Women, the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), the Australian Government’s Overseas Aid Programme (AusAID), the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, CARE International, Operation Smile and the WorldWide Antimalarial Resistance Network (Oxford University). Her deployments include Vietnam where she was based for over ten years, Thailand, Lao PDR, Switzerland and several countries in Africa. Dida lives in London, England.
